About Yolanda

Written by someone who does this work every day.

Yolanda is an educational psychologist with a Master's degree in Special Education and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification. She has spent her career working directly with children with additional needs — in daycare classrooms, as a behavioural interventionist, and in one-on-one family sessions. This membership grew out of a simple observation: families often need support in the weeks between visits, not just during them.

A note on what this is (and isn't)
This membership provides general educational content — practical tips, activities, and information. It is not an individualized assessment, diagnosis, or treatment plan, and it doesn't replace your child's existing therapists, educators, or care team. Think of it as steady support between the work you're already doing.
Questions

A few things families ask.

Is this the same as therapy or 1:1 sessions?
No — this is general guidance delivered by email, meant to complement individualized support, including Yolanda's own 1:1 sessions. If your child needs a personalized assessment or intervention plan, 1:1 work is still the right fit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract — cancel your membership whenever you'd like and you won't be charged again.
Is my family's information kept private?
Yes. It's used only to match you with the right content track, and it's never shared or sold.
What if I'm not sure which track fits my child?
Choose "not sure yet" at signup — you'll get general content to start, and you can update your track anytime.
